• Epoxy Elite status is valid for one month only and must be re-earned each calendar month.

• Rewards must be claimed within 30 days of the end of the previous month. Any unclaimed rewards will reset and be forfeited if not claimed within the designated 30-day period. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure timely redemption of rewards to avoid loss.

• Gift Cards are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
